This year Visit Pembrokeshire will be getting ‘Out and About’ across Pembrokeshire, providing opportunities for business owners to meet the team and find out more about what the county’s Destination Management Organisation does and the benefits of getting involved.

Visit Pembrokeshire is business-led and brings together the public, private and third sectors to work in partnership to grow tourism sustainably for the good of Pembrokeshire. As well as being the representative voice of tourism, locally, regionally, and nationally on key topics such as Welsh Government proposals for 182-day rule and the tourism levy, the organisation also offers members a range of benefits including marketing and PR support, free and discounted training and supplier discounts.

Following the first very successful ‘Out and About’ event at the Hotel Mariners, Haverfordwest in early February, more events will be held bi-monthly alongside bi-monthly Networking events: Tuesday, March 28, 2pm to 4pm – Networking at Meadow House, Summerhill, kindly hosted by Celtic Holiday Parks; and Thursday, April 20, 11am to 3pm – Out and About at Ty Hotel kindly hosted by Celtic Collection.

Emma Thornton, CEO of Visit Pembrokeshire said: “We were delighted to see so many businesses, members and non-members, at our last out and about in Haverfordwest. Dates for the rest of the year will be announced shortly.
