Sigma Display Ltd, a local sign makers and graphic design business based in Haverfordwest, proudly presented an a-frame board to support the Paul Sartori Community Choir recently.

The choir, run by Paul Sartori Hospice at Home, recently benefitted from a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund and this support from Sigma will enable the choir to increase its outreach in the community. The a-frame board will be displayed at events highlighting its connection with Paul Sartori Hospice at Home and the inclusivity of the “singing for fun” group.

Vic Moulder, the owner of Sigma Display, has a long-standing relationship with Paul Sartori Hospice at Home, and he wanted to support the choir, having an interest in choral singing, but also recognising the importance of singing to wellbeing.

“I understand the importance of the benefits singing has on the individual and the community. I am hoping the A-Board will encourage more people to join the choir and engage with singing. I was more than happy to contribute the A-Board for the Paul Sartori Community Choir,” said Vic from Sigma.

The choir was initially set up in April 2022 following a successful grant awarded by the Community Changemakers Fund delivered by South West Wales Connected (SWWCo); Great Western Railway (GWR); Transport for Wales (TFW) and 4theRegion. Then more recently The National Lottery Community Fund awarded a grant to cover all costs associated with running the choir from October 2022 until October 2023.
