Allotments were under discussion at the July meeting of Pembroke Dock Town Council, with a new 125sqm site in Pennar with six plots being transferred from Pembrokeshire County Council.

Councillors agreed for the site to be covered under the town council’s own public liability insurance, and the Town Clerk will arrange an onsite meeting to discuss security as youths have been seen entering the site.

In Pembroke Dock, around 92 people are waiting for an allotment, councillors heard.
