Embark on a voyage to discover your inner pirate at Scolton Manor this Whitsun half-term.

The popular Pembrokeshire attraction will be marking the 2017 ‘Year of Legends’ with a week of activities dedicated to the county’s famed pirate Black Bart, from Saturday, May 27, to Sunday, June 4.

Will you discover Black Bart’s treasure? Search the Manor House and solve the riddles to win a prize. ‘Black Bart’s Treasure Hunt’ is available between 11 am and 4 pm each day during half-term.

Challenge yourself to the ‘Pirate’s Quizzes’ or get creative with the ‘Buccaneer’s Crafts’, available daily between 11 am and 4 pm.

The treasure hunt, quizzes and crafts are included in the normal admission price for the Manor House: £3.50 for adults, £2.35 for concessions and children over four years and £9.35 for a family ticket (two adults and up to three children).

If you’d like to spend time in the picturesque grounds, follow the special ‘Shiver Me Timbers’ trail and spot the clues to win a prize. The trail is available between 11 am and 4 pm daily throughout half-term, at a cost of £1 per child.

Search the Scolton site and see how many hidden gold coins you can find. ‘Hunt the Doubloons’ is available daily between 11 am and 4 pm at a cost of 50p per entry. Winning entries will be drawn on Monday, June 5.
