Members of the Saundersfoot New Year’s Day Swim (NYDS) committee paid a visit to Tenby Fire Station this month to present a cheque for £500 to the Tenby Fire Station crew in recognition of their continued support in helping stage the New Year’s Day Swim. 

Members of The Saundersfoot Festivities Ltd and NYDS Committees are very appreciative to all members at Tenby Fire Station for their assistance and commitment on New Years Day. 

“They do an incredible job keeping the main slip way clear and keeping swimmers and pedestrians moving and without their support, the NYDS event would not have become such a safe and great family spectacle,” said a spokesperson.
