On Saturday, Pembroke Dock Fire and Rescue Station hosted its annual open day and the town’s firefighters were delighted to open the doors of the station to the community, for a fun-filled day of games and activities.
During the event, a total of £735 was raised for The Firefighters Charity, thanks to the kind generosity of everyone who attended.
Firefighter Callum Furber said: “The crew at the station always look forward to the open day. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to welcome the community of Pembroke Dock into the station and it’s a good day out for the family. We were blessed with the fine weather and blessed with the kindness of those who came along and gave so generously to The Firefighters Charity.
“Thanks to everyone who came along, I’m already looking forward to next year’s open day!”
