Reports of anti-social behaviour incidents taking place in Saundersfoot, saw police step-up patrols of the seaside village over the weekend.
One person posted on Facebook an incident in one of the village’s car parks, where the public toilets were targeted by youths, at around 4pm; whilst Dyfed-Powys Police PCSOs also referred to anti-social issues along The Strand on the same day.
“Two boys on bikes asked me for 40p to use the toilet; I did not have change and they then proceeded to kick the door on one of the toilets!” shared one member of the public.
Although not specifying what incidents had occurred, the Local Neighbourhood Policing Team took to social media to highlight their actions on Saturday, stating: ‘PCSOs 8166 Jodie and 8028 Andrew were patrolling The Strand in Saundersfoot this morning due to anti-social behaviour issues.
‘This afternoon PCSOs 8166 Jodie and 8110 Aaron were in Saundersfoot patrolling the area providing a high visibility presence whilst the rugby was on.’
