Police in Pembrokeshire are appealing for witnesses to a report of assault in the Castle Square area of Haverfordwest, which left a woman with ‘serious injuries’.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “A woman attended hospital with what are described as serious injuries following the incident which occurred at approximately 11pm on Saturday, March 8.

“One man, aged 31, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. He has been released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.”
