The latest edition of the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service's magazine, Calon Tân, has been published.

The 2022 winter edition of Calon Tân is being published with the festive season in full swing.

Since the autumn edition, it's been an incredibly busy period for the Service.

As well as the numerous incidents we have attended, firefighters have enjoyed two annual events, the More Than Just Fires awards and the Annual Charity Carol Service. Both events were a pleasure to be a part of and you can read all about them in this latest edition.

With the changing of the seasons, the service has also launched its Winter Safety Campaign which includes Home Safety, Road Safety, and safety tips for a safe Christmas. This important work continues to have a significant impact throughout our communities as they work proactively to reduce risk within domestic and commercial properties and the wider environment.
