Concern for a kayaker out to sea, saw members of Tenby RNLI’s voluntary crew race into action.

Tenby's inshore lifeboat the Kathleen Ann was requested to launch shortly before 11 am on Saturday, June 15, after a member of the public became concerned for a kayaker spotted off Telpyn beach, near Pendine.

Once on scene, the RNLI crew soon located the kayaker and were able to confirm that they required no assistance, before the lifeboat returned to station.
